Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Saudi Food Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, including suggesting new ingredients, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring food stock, placing orders, and maintaining food freshness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare authentic Saudi food recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
Suggest new ingredients and dishes to enhance the menu offerings.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate inventory.
Check the freshness of food and ingredients regularly; discard out-of-date items promptly.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of food preparation.
Collaborate with management to create and implement cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Saudi Food Chef or similar role in preparing Saudi cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Saudi food recipes, spices, and culinary techniques.
Ability to innovate and suggest new ingredients and dishes.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
