Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking a talented Arabic Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and pricing menu items, ordering supplies, and maintaining records and accounts related to kitchen operations. Additionally, they will supervise and actively participate in cooking, baking, and food preparation, as well as write weekly schedules aligned with business and projected goals.

Responsibilities:

Plan and price menu items in accordance with market trends and seasonal availability.
Order supplies and ingredients necessary for daily operations.
Maintain records and accounts related to kitchen expenses, inventory, and menu profitability.
Supervise and participate in cooking, baking, and food preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
Write weekly schedules for kitchen staff based on business forecasts and goals.
Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Arabic Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine, spices, and culinary techniques.
Ability to create innovative and authentic dishes while maintaining cost efficiency.
Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
