Location: Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia


Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent user experience skills, and a deep understanding of modern designs, especially web and mobile design principles. You will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and improving the overall user experience of our digital products branding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for product’s branding and their web and mobile applications.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that illustrate UI/UX design concepts.

- User Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Perform usability testing and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Analyze and interpret data to continuously improve and iterate on design solutions.

- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the implementation of designs is in line with UX best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s branding and design guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements and behavior across all digital platforms.

- Stay Updated:
- Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the user experience through innovative design.


Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education:
- BA or BFA degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

- Experience:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and projects.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience with prototyping tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Soft Skills:
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

- Language:
- Preferred Arabic.
- Should have speak and write both Arabic and English.


Work Condition:
Full-time from Office (5 days a week from 8 AM to 4 PM)
