Description

We are seeking a meticulous QC (Quality Control) High Voltage Engineer to join our team and provide clients with the highest quality services.

The QC High Voltage Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of high voltage electrical installations and systems across the project. This role requires a deep understanding of high voltage engineering principles and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Conducting quality control inspections and audits of high voltage electrical installations and systems.
Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory codes.
Performing testing, commissioning, and performance evaluations of high voltage equipment and systems.
Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols for high voltage projects.
Identifying and documenting deficiencies or non-conformities in high voltage installations and systems.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Providing technical guidance and support to field personnel during high voltage installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Documenting inspection findings, test results, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) within the high voltage or electrical power industry.
In-depth knowledge of high voltage electrical systems, equipment, and regulatory standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
Experience in conducting inspections, testing, and commissioning of high voltage installations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
