Responsibilities:
1. General Office Management:
o Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment.
o Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
o Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
2. Administrative Support:
o Assist in organizing meetings and scheduling appointments.
o Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
o Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and forms.
3. Data Management:
o Maintain and update company databases.
o Organize and file paperwork, documents, and invoices.
o Manage digital filing systems and ensure accuracy of records.
4. Assistance to Management:
o Support management with administrative tasks as needed.
o Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
5. Event Coordination:
o Assist in planning company events and meetings.
o Coordinate catering, equipment, and logistics for events.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma or certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
