Description

As the Show Production Coordinator your role to assist with the creative development, production, and delivery of all theatrical aspects attractions as directed. It will also be of your responsibility to engage with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are aligned with schedule and construction timeline milestones.

You will work closely with AV contractors to manage and assist with the programming, commissioning and testing of all technical hardware and software to achieve show and gameplay objectives.

In the execution of your tasks and responsibilities you will also b required to;

Interpret creative briefs and scripts to identify all technical components required to

deliver show elements.

Create PowerPoint presentations of show production development for progress presentations and design delivery milestones.

Attend meetings, take notes and engage with clients and key stakeholders and

suppliers. Working with AV contractors, identify Fit For Purpose AV equipment and show control systems that align with gameplay and budget

Present work in progress documentation and deliver final presentations to clients and

stakeholders when required.

Facilitate the creation and delivery schedule of all equipment lists and complete design

documentation of all projects.

Create schedules and production timeliness.

Develop productive working relationships with suppliers

Establish a network of qualified and capable suppliers and vendors in the fields of Audio Production, Lighting design, Animatronics, Creative Engineering & Special Effects, Media Production, Costume Design, Prop Makers and any other specialist supplier of theatrical elements that we may engage for future projects.

Assist with the feedback and creative direction to suppliers of content as per approved script and theatrical objectives.
