PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure safe working conditions, raise a concern and take the necessary actions if there is any safety and reliability issue.
• Review and Provide feedback on T&C documentations: -
- T&C strategy.
- T&C procedures and test formats.
• Generating Action’s list during T&C with the contractor and follow him to achieve them.
• Review the testing master schedule and coordinating the work to tight deadlines.
• Issue periodic reports related to T&C.
• Witness the testing activities with the contractor.
• Ensure all testing tools are calibrated.
• Review the contractor testing reports.
• Coordinate with quality team Issue NCRs in case of any defects and work with the contractor to implement the proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure that the equipment is in line with the requirements and works to its specification

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION and/or QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Experience working with the Saudi Electric supply company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in testing and commissioning for a minimum of 10 years.
• Experience in handling minimum 2 (380 KV) substation projects under Saudi Electricity Company as a testing and commissioning engineer including GIS/SWG/TR/protection relays/Scheme…
• Have a complete understanding of SEC standards regarding Testing and Commissioning requirements for all substation equipment’s like GIS, SWG, control & protection panels
• Excellent in English.
• Good skills in computer Microsoft office.
