Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances.
• Manage fixed assets, including recording acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance/ MBA (Finance).
• Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Transferable Iqama is a plus. Immediate availability is preferred.
