Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the efficient execution and control of project tasks at site. This position combines technical knowledge and managing teams skills to help ensure the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering field preferred.
* 5 to 10 years of experience in supervising construction or similar projects.
* Experience in leading and motivating a team.
* Experience in planning, scheduling, and budgeting projects.
* Experience in ensuring safety compliance on the job site.
* Strong understanding of construction practices and procedures.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
* Ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Construction safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30) a plus.
* Valid Saudi Driving License
