We are looking for Senior Sales Engineer to be hired for company based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia



Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer. As a Senior Sales Engineer you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including providing technical support, communicating with clients, conducting sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is based in Riyadh, KSA.


Qualifications

Work Experience more than 5 years is mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Theory of Coding.
Mobile Communication theory.
Electronic Circuits.
Communication systems (Digital & Analog systems).
C++ programming.
Sales Engineering and Sales skills
Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Experience in software sales or a related field
Knowledge of software development processes is a plus


Responsibilities:

Providing job services for the promoting of company products in Saudi Market.
Exploring new markets in the Saudi industries, closing sales, knowing the competitors and feeding back reports to the head quarter.
Manage the facilitation of joint selling between channel partners and the direct sales team.
Understand the market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to grow sustainable business results.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Monitor sales and analyze performance trends to identify issues and opportunities.
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
Evaluate current products and recommend enhancements necessary to scale the channel.
Seeking for new sales opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, outdoor meetings with potential clients, Participate in Trading exhibitions.
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
