Paarsel Logistics is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

•⁠ ⁠Assisting in planning and optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.
•⁠ ⁠Supporting timely pickup and delivery of packages.
•⁠ ⁠Addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly.
•⁠ ⁠Assisting in tracking performance and reporting data to management.
•⁠ ⁠Supporting and motivating the delivery team.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or operations management is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
