Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry, with a strong preference for experience in Gulf countries, particularly in
KSA.
In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience in implementing and managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes on construction projects.
Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
