A multinational company in Riyadh Looking for Recruitment Specialist/ Saudi Only with sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.

You will attract candidates, create recruiting strategies, and build relationships. You will also assist in developing manpower plans and administrative tasks related to recruiting, interviewing, and screening job candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
• Evaluate resumes and applications.
• Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
• Pre-Interview screening.
• Selection Process and Data Management.
• Implementation of Policies & Procedures.
• Overseeing the payroll.
• Induction programs for new hires.
• Maintenance of Saudisation levels.
Requirements and Skills:
• Saudi National Only.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Proficient in planning candidate selection rounds as per suggestions of the top-level management.
• Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding process
