Looking for Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Saudi )

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and reference checks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with Localization and Saudization regulations in all recruitment activities.
• Experience in implementing and managing Saudization initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
