Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing to join our team. As a crucial member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services to meet the demands of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the procurement team to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new partnerships to enhance our product offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure accuracy in procurement documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
- Support in evaluating supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in procurement, specifically in sourcing within the retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English.
