Preservation Coordinator

• Check the vendor requirements for preservation of equipment as per define procedure.
• Supervise the execution of the preservation activities in accordance with the Preservation Plan.
• Carried out work site surveillance of Mechanical (Static & Rotating Equipment’s), Piping, E&I, HVAC equipment’s & Civil materials in Preservation aspects.
• Monitor & verify the site Preservation activities that are following as per the define procedure.
• Develop, update, and keep the Master Preservation Schedule/log.
• Work closely with the construction and other teams for the execution of the preservation activities.
• Attend and organize Preservation Meeting & Walkthrough.
• Arrange & supervise to Close the Preservation Punch items.
• Work with Test Pack team for the Preservation of Tested packages.
• Liaise with client, subcontractor & Mechanical team members' during the involvement in preservation planning and execution.
• supervise the preservation team to perform Nitrogen purging & VPCI powder fogging activity.
• Find materials needed for preservation and arrange to obtain the same, instruct to preservation team to apply Cortex Vpci products i.e., cleaning and preservation sprays and Internal / external protections (368, 337, 414,377, 237,329,369 etc.) emitters (111 and 105) and VPCI-126-36 FILM etc.
• Ensure preservation activities, comply all the requirements as per procedures.
