Description

We are an EPC Main Contractor for Saudi Aramco projects and other big projects within KSA and we need this urgent and priority requirement for a Highly Skilled/Professional position:

PROJECT COST CONTROL MANAGER (PCCM)

Responsible for managing project costs, developing cost control procedures, and providing accurate cost analysis and reporting. With extensive experience and expertise in project cost management, Project Cost Control Manager plays a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered within budget and optimizing cost efficiency.
- 10 years of experience or more
- Should have strong background and sufficient experience in Planning & Cost Control
- Not necessarily must have experience in Aramco projects, but if have experience it will be of great help to the application.


QA/QC MANAGER WITH ISO CERT.
- 10 Years or more experience for Civil, MEP construction projects (Saudi Aramco approval or experience). With 5 years managing quality standards.
-Ensure that all of a company’s services and activities meet and maintain set standards. Carry out inspections and keep detailed records as evidence that work is of the highest possible quality.

PROJECT MANAGER
- 15 Years’ experience for Civil, MEP construction projects (Saudi Aramco approval or experience)
- Oversee and manage various projects from initiation through to completion. Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation to completion while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
- 10 Years’ experience for Civil, MEP construction projects (Saudi Aramco approval or experience)
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
