Description


Lead EH&S team and ensuring compliance, cultivating a safety culture during daily activities

He or she may have a supporting role in other less complex projects.



Job Scope:

Manage maintenance teams/supervisors and activity

Manage EHS teams and activity

Conduct health and safety and environmental programs at relevant sites

Conduct an audit of work methods and processes.

Create an efficient and safe work environment.

Perform any other related tasks.

Support onboarding and orientation safety training

Qualification & Experience:

Project Management

Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Autonomy, energy and enthusiasm on a daily basis.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent ability to work in a team.

Possession of certifications, such as OSHA 30, IOSH, NEBOSH, Safety Management

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred Telecommunication)

At least 5 years of work experience in the telecommunication industry (preferred Huawei experiences)

English written/spoken

Ability to travel when needed
