Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled telematics Installer to join our team.

As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and setup of telematics systems on various types of equipment at customer locations.

Job Description:

• Perform all tasks and services according to specification and directions described by the team
leader.
• Installing, servicing, and replacing GPS tracking devices, sensors, and dashcams on client’s Assets.
• Maintaining detailed information logs and reporting to assigned supervisor with all installation details and information.
• Contacting client and organizing service and/or replacement for malfunctioning trackers.
• Delivering the highest-level professional service to the client while keeping tracker’s installation and service information strictly confidential.
• Reporting all company-related expenses (transport, installation related expenses) in an accurate manner.
• Using, maintaining, and organizing all tools and equipment handed over by the company in a proper manner.

Requirements:

• Technical high school diploma in Electrical/Electronic related major or higher.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Solid technical skillset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical and mental capacity to perform.
• The ability to relocate.
• Has no criminal record.
