Description

• Perform routine maintenance, like lubricating and parts, as well as fixing problems when cranes malfunction. In these cases, they inspect machines and run tests to diagnose problems.
• Observes mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
• Assists in repair of DEMAG overhead cranes, welding machines, air compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, hot dip galvanizing kettles, boiler, bag houses, production equipment, transformers, alarms, circuit breakers, etc.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA standards, company policies and other federal and state regulations
• Assist in all areas of maintenance as assigned
