Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage a team of technical sales engineers, including recruiting, training, and performance management.

? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration within the assigned territory or market segment.

? Collaborate with the sales leadership team to define sales goals, objectives, and action plans, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

? Provide technical leadership and guidance to the sales team, including product demonstrations, presentations, and solution designs.

? Work closely with key clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and goals, and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.

? Coordinate with internal departments such as product development, engineering, and support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

? Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the sales team.

? Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

? Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.

? Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote products and services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
