1. Mandi Chef:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in preparing Mandi dishes
Responsibilities: Expertise in creating authentic Mandi recipes with precision and flavor
2. Madgooth Chef

Experience: Minimum 2 years in preparing Madgooth
Responsibilities: Skill in cooking Madgooth dishes to perfection
3. Madhbi Chef:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in preparing Madhbi dishes
Responsibilities: Proficiency in grilling and seasoning Madhbi meats to excellence
4. Kunafa Specialist:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in making Kunafa desserts
Responsibilities: Mastery in crafting delicious Kunafa desserts with finesse
Preferred:

Candidates from Kerala with experience in Middle Eastern cuisine will receive priority consideration.
