Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Engineer at A. S. Alsayed & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd in Riyadh. The Contract Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with project specifications, monitoring and controlling project schedules and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing and reviewing contractual documentation, and resolving any contract-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.



Qualifications

Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices
Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
Ability to interpret and understand technical specifications and drawings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management software
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional certification in contract management is a plus
Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
