We Are Hiring a Qualified Accountant - Receivables to join our Finance Team.



JOB TITLE : Accountant – Receivables

REPORTS TO : Finance Manager

Location : Dammam

Mandatory: Excellent English and Strong Arabic.(Speaking, Reading, Writing) background needed

Function: Support the business by maintaining the debtors’ database accurately at all times ensuring compliance with company policies, whereby assisting to facilitate timely collection of receivables. Provision of data and exception reporting is pivotal in this function.


Responsibilities: Accounts Receivables
Update collections/receipts from customers reviewing bank transfers.
Provide weekly/monthly collection forecast to Treasury.
Customer advances – maintain the customer advances upto date at all times, monitor ageing, discuss with business for exceptions.
Inform/follow up with operations to complete missing information based on customer feedback.
Preparation of invoices (except projects/PRC).
Preparation of proforma invoices.
Submission of invoices to customers on a timely basis.
Approval of AR receipt after recording the transaction by staff.
Collecting the cash sales from the salesperson/collector and timely deposit to bank account.
Update AR report.


Customer data base
Creation of customer accounts.
Ensure customer balances are reconciled to GL at all times.
Eliminate negative balances in the customer ledgers through investigation.
Reconcile key customer accounts (eg: ARAMCO, PRC, MAADEN ) on a monthly basis and resolve any issues.
Obtain confirmation of balances using SoA on a quarterly basis.

Credit control
Review credit limits versus actual customer balances and report exceptions to the business.
Review requests for sales orders and approve as per guidelines.


Month end tasks
Bank reconciliation – month end task to support preparation of financials.
Balance sheet reconciliation.
Computation of provision for AR – ECL method
Booking necessary accounting entries for sales commission.


Provide information required for financial accounting and various MIS reporting .

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 3 Years experience As Receivables Accountant for Major Clients like Aramco, Maa'den etc
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
Should understand Objectives of the Job and KPI's.


Immediate Joiners preferred with Transferable IQAMA ONLY
