Description

Transportation Clerk Duties
• Monitor & Update Maintenance & Documents records on Fleetio software.
• Follow up with G.R.O for vehicle documents renewal process
• Very good work experience on Excel, Word, Power point.
• Proceed customers Invoices as per company policies for payments.
• Coordinate with Account dept for Petty cash Claim Process.
• Experience in Petty cash claim reimbursement process.
• Monitor Inventory of company store and Make P.O Accordingly.
• Proceeding quotation accordingly for new spare parts purchased.
• Coordinate with purchaser for invoices of spare parts & outside repair work.
• Keep overtime record of workshop Staff and provide to HR Dept.
• Coordination with internal dept and reply on mail as required.

Salary Range: 3000 To 3500 SAR.
