Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily procurement operations and ensuring the acquisition of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. Key duties include identifying company needs, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing quotes, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify procurement needs for materials and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Prepare and analyze quotes and select appropriate suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure product and service quality.
- Prepare and execute purchase orders.
- Track delivery of products and ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

Required Skills:
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in procurement management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
