Role Description
• Manage pretender and post tender discussions / clarification with clients / sub-contractors etc.
• Study enquiry document to clearly understand the scope of work.
• Communicate with client to clarify scope and other contractual issues.
• Distribute inquiry documents to relevant disciplines.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of proposal.
• Manage projects in their entirety, from the invitation to tender step up to completion and handover.
• Act as the prime contact with the client, and as the technical, contractual and commercial interface.
• Financial Management and contractual control of proposals, in line with Company standards and procedures.
• Management of engineering projects. Interfacing with other design contractors.
• Liaison with client representatives.
• Management of resource scheduling.
• Able to analyse issues and plan the actions.
• Ability to read, understand and create technical documentation.
