Description



Soft Services Supervisor: Contractor shall provide Soft Services Supervisor experienced in all janitorial services activities and requirements. High capability to lead and manage the cleaning team, ensuring that the environment is maintained to the highest possible standard.
2.5.1
Must have a two (2) years Degree/Diploma in Business Management.
2.5.2
Obtained BICS Instructor certificate.
2.5.3
At least two (2) years in management role with demonstrated leadership capabilities and seven (7) years in entire works experience.
2.5.4
Be able to communicate in Arabic and English language with TARSHID representative/employees and the language common to contractor personnel.
2.5.5
Be able to communicate effectively and able to demonstrate operational and administrative skills, including scheduling and planning.
2.5.6
Have the ability to direct and control staff and provide training where necessary.
2.5.7
Be familiar with the application of materials and use of chemicals.

Salary range: SR. 1800.00 (Basic) + 400.00 (Food)
Nationality: Filipino/Indian.
