First Period Co a General Contracting Co. and a Certified Steel Structure Erector ( Pre-engineered Steel Building / Structural Steel ) is looking for a technical office engineer ( For Steel Building division ) with the following roles , responsibilities & qualifications :

Job Description :
* Analyzing and studying tender drawings received from Contractor / Owner / Steel Supplier and prepare a Bid accordingly
* Site Visit to study the erection conditions and steel delivery storage area .
* Getting Cranes / Equipment's prices from supplier
* Preparing Quotations for erection , supply and installation , ect
* Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
* Responsible for preparing invoices, check sub-contractor invoices, deal with the main consultant.
* Cost break down for project items.
* Ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the work.
* Perform inspection and prepare documents for entire contract work projects.
* Carry out any other duties as and when required in order to meet the needs of the business.


Job Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering "Civil" Or" Architect "
* Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Technical Office.
* Competent user of AutoCAD
* Experience in steel structures is a must ( Pre-engineered building and Steel Structure )
* Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
* Technical Office related software skills are required.
* Ability to work and perform under pressure.
* Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other team members.
Organized, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence.

* Transferable Iqama only ( No VISA)
* Preferable Nationality : Indian / Philippine
