The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in logistics who have managed a team of particular province and handled leading staff of 50 along with 300 to 500 fleet of delivery associates. Must be fluent in English & Arabic

Job Description

• Ensure that the delivery riders logins meet the demand against the projections for the hub.
• Ensure that no order losses happen at the assigned hub due to operational issues.
• Ensure the fleet of riders is disciplined, resolving disputes, strikes or complaints that may arise at the hub and also warranting an efficient and healthy work environment.
• Increase operational efficiency by proper planning, monitoring, resolving issues, ensuring there are fewer delivery associates driven cancellations, identifying customer trends and implementing changes, as necessary.
• Create good work relationships with the riders, build morale, increase productivity as well as retention.
