We are looking for Procurement Officer for our Riyadh Head Office, Please see the below terms and conditons, if your profile match with them then send your CV.

1-Bachelor Degree
2-Iqama Transferable
3-Ready to Relocate Riyadh City
4-Maximum Notice period 30 days to join us
5-Iqama must be valid

Please see below general requirements.

• Process requests within any types of organizations for material or supply orders.
• Sending enquiries and negotiating to supplier and determining the lowest cost of products/materials for comparison for approval.
• Issuing LPO (Local Purchase Order) to supplier, delivery follow up monitor purchases, make sure they arrive on schedule and meet the needs of the purchaser, and handle questions and changes in orders., track and record the in the system.
• Entering LPO (Local Purchase Order) in the SAP.
• Process work advance/s / payment request LPO (Local Purchase Order) for cash payment / cheque payments.
• Receiving original tax invoice from the supplier, certifying tax invoice as per LPO (Local Purchase Order) details ensure all details with regards to VAT and procurement procedure, attach all supporting documents such as delivery note, service report, drawings and etc. for certifying tax invoice and to be track in to the system and issue Tax Invoice transmittal for accounts department.
• Receiving original delivery note acknowledge by store or warehouse stamp with signature, certifying delivery note as per LPO (Local Purchase Order) details and to be track in to the system.
• Prepare correspondence; daily, weekly & monthly report
