We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences to travelers across the region. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Unit Manager to join our team in Jeddah.
Position Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an Arab Speaker Multi-Unit Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a group of restaurants, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant units, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Proven experience as a Multi-Unit Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
