Job Title: HSE Officer (Hospital Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with a background in hospital environments to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environment management within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of hospital facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and hazards.
Provide HSE training sessions to hospital staff and promote a culture of safety awareness.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with department heads and management to ensure effective HSE management across all hospital departments.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
NEBOSH or equivalent certification is preferred.
