-Manage and lead a team of production staff, welders, fitters and quality control, technicians to ensure efficient and smooth manufacturing operations.
-Develop and implement production plans schedules and implements and budgets to meet customer requirements and production targets.
-Monitoring and optimize production processes to improve efficiency reduce waste, and increase productivity.
-coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure the products are manufactured according to specifications.
-Experienced in Manufacturing company (Oil & Gas Industry).
Experienced in pressure vessels, tanks, columns, reactors, piping and steel structural.
