Job description:
- Will be well-trained and responsible for run the car park management system (CPMS)
- Validate / program access cards, support operation staff coordinate with Diriyah management and manage all data related to reports of Cars entered the Parking, assist customers over Voice Assistance, assist marshal when opening Barrier in case the customer faces problems exiting and or registering car plate on platetech.
- Generate reports to Diriyah management when requested.
- Print the daily collection report to the supervisor.
- The Control Room Operator would be responsible for assisting visitors & staff calling or visiting the office, handling the administration of the car park, and providing administrative support to Diriyah car park operations.
- Assist in reconciling of daily cash collected.
- Would be stationed in the parking control room and report to the Car Park Supervisor.
- Will be a point of contact between staff and supervisors
- Receive all types of calls and take note of the various queries to transmit them to the concerned persons.
