Job Description:

As a Housekeeper at Hotel , you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.

Changing bed linens, towels, and other guest room amenities according to hotel policies.

Restocking supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and stationery as needed.

Conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms to identify any maintenance issues or items that need attention.

Reporting maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.

Providing friendly and courteous service to guests, including responding to requests for additional amenities or assistance with room-related issues.

Following all safety and security procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to hotel safety protocols.

Collaborating with other housekeeping staff members and departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
