SUMMARY:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. Often work in busy environments where priorities can change at a moment’s notice, so an ability to multitask is and delegate is essential with this role.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products.
- Setup and implement inventory system.
- Implement and oversee Warehouse policies and procedures.
- Ensure the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure the safety of staff.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers
- Prepare and maintain budget reports.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement warehouse security procedures.
- Manage warehouse maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct warehouse audits.
- Manage warehouse transportation and logistics.
- Develop and implement warehouse quality control procedures.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices with data entry and inventory software and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in the warehousing industry.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- +5 years of progressive experience in the F&B sector preferred experience in (DHL/ SMSA)
- Fluency in English language.
