Requirements :

1. Ability to cook Japanese cuisine and have a large repertoire.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen equipment, facilities and yourself according to food safety standards.
3. Ability to cook well-balanced healthy meals with consideration for expatriates’ health.
4. Continuously strive to cook Japanese meals by utilizing ideas and creativity, despite the circumstances that all kinds of Japanese ingredients are not sufficiently available in Saudi Arabia.
5. Ability to cook within a budget.
6. 3 years or above Japanese cuisine experience as a cook (not as a kitchenhand).
7. Developing and reviewing the menus through communication and feedback from Japanese expats.
8. Deep understanding of Japanese flavor profiles and cooking methods.
9. Skills to cook Chinese cuisine is a plus.
10. Great communication skills with the expats.
11. Being able to cook without cutting corners.
12. Sufficient English skills.
