Job description:

- Development and implantation of project inspection test plans (ITP's).
- Completion and verification of field inspections and tests in accordance with the project
schedule.
- Review complex drawings to determine if the design is within the scope, applicable codes and
standards
- Plan, schedule and coordinate and provide work directions to contracted inspectors.
- Conduct test pit that might have been placed/ embedded below the ground. Where found shall be
rerouted to place will not affect site activities.
- In case of crossing the excavation should be one meter below MOI network
- The area to be excavated shall be properly marked and clear starting the works the depth must be
checked periodically to avoid over excavation (paved and Unpaved 1200mm,.760mm).
- Checked all activities, adequate safety barriers, signboards, advance warning signs.
- Inspection would be conducted during back filling/compaction for checking and approval Back
filing
- For back filling followed with compaction shall continue till the final level
- Coordination with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and
general workforce involved in the project.
- Carry out the day-to-day management of the site, including the supervision and control of the site
workforce and the work of any subcontractors.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety issues on site.
- Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity
- Develop a method statement for the activity based on the specifications of the project
- Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting
about quality problems including the closure of the Non-Compliance Report.
- Solve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Prepare reports as required
- Management of punch lists, MDR's and as-install documentation.
- Ensuring contractual requirements are met during the construction phase.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001standards.
- Inspect installation and construction of Out-Side Plant (OSP) cables, manholes, conduits and
internal building distribution systems.
- Inspect all phases of the splicing and testing of cable systems
- Review cable and ground measurement test data for the basis of acceptance

Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in KSA.
