Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in eastern region for a Business Development Specialist in Construction. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, proposing, and implementing new business opportunities to promote growth within the construction industry. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients and industries, building professional relationships with existing clients and partners, pitching services, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the construction industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Knowledge of construction industry trends, regulations, and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
