Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Junior Mechanical Technician with a strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to join our team. As a Junior Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement.
Performing system checks and leak detection to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborating with the maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Assisting in the installation, calibration, and testing of new hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
Collaborating with engineers and senior technicians to diagnose complex system malfunctions and propose effective solutions.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and following proper procedures when working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to maintenance best practices.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Proven experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision in maintenance tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engineers.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment
