FM or Maintenance Project Expert Only

• FM Engineer or Electrical
• Planning Supervisor
• Housekeeping Project Manager
• CAFM Planner
• Landscaping Manager or Sr. Landscape Engineer
• Senior Pest Control Supervisor or Technician
• Life Guard
• Pump Technician
• Pools Technician
• Electrical Technician
• CAFM Planner
• HVAC Technician
• RO & STP Team Leader
• RO & STP Technician

Terms and conditions:
• Eight (8) hours duty daily, Friday off and overtime facility as government rules.
• One year contract and renewable.
• Iqama, Medical, Accommodation and Transportation by company.
• Round trip ticket after 2 year and vacation 42 days with paid salary.
• Yearly increment and service bonus as government rules.
• First transfer fees paid by company and more than one transfer cost will be deduct from salary.
• Must have more than 1 months valid Iqama.
• Transfer process will be completed within 10-15 working days from acceptance of ex sponsor.
• After 12 months 1 month vacation bonus.
