Description

Prepare and execute the daily field staff working plan by issuing, communicating, and monitoring Journey.
Perform daily GPS tracking of the vehicles.
Ensure that all the journeys are compliant with the guidelines set by the client and in accordance with the process flow requirements.
Provide Fuel Km on a daily basis before 7.30 pm. Rig OT, weekdays ot ( only verification).
Provide Nabors km to the drivers on a daily basis before their journey starts.
Provide Dalma-1 map and Turiaf area rigs. ( inform one day prior).
Rig location update.
Traffic fine ( Tamm ).
Driver name addition and deletion ( Tamm ).
Operation card renewal (NAQL).
vehicle registration card renewal
Driver Card Renewal.
MVPI renewal
Insurance addition and deletion.
Marafiq permit renewal
RCJ coupon renewal
Marafoq coupon renewal
Dammam dumping permit renewal.
New vehicle GPS device connection.
Field staff employees' monthly training schedule.
Bins cover delivery.
Email response. waste manifest scan copy ( as per client's requirements).
Al Umran STP permit and online coupon related.
Making JMF as per JMP.
Making a log sheet for the travelers as per JMP,to show all transport activities.
Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and Clients
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Ensure that the work is done within the assigned deadlines.
Perform any other duties which the department or line manager may require to be carried out.
Prepare and execute the daily transportation plan by issuing, communicating and monitoring Journey.
Perform daily GPS tracking of the vehicles, mobile equipment using “Fleet Management Solutions System” and produce monthly report.
Prepare plan for personal movements from/to Rig area using field IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System).
Plan and execute operational vehicle maintenance schedule as per the dealer’s recommendations & safety standards; follow up on the renewal of the vehicle’s registrations; maintain register per vehicle containing the relevant documents and ensure all the documents related to the vehicle are up to date.
Develop & Execute the Journey plans and monitor all Journeys from initiation to completion ensuring all specification are met.
Ensure that all the journeys are compliant with the guidelines set by the client and in accordance with the process flow requirements.
Maintain daily attendance of all the vehicles and drivers.
Prepare monthly summary of the voucher.
Provide vehicle crew gate pass.
Ensure every departing person has fulfilled all Journey Management requirements and received briefing on Journey Management.
Verify and document journey exemption when required.
Prepare the reports, statistics and charts regarding traffic movement.
Frame and maintain monthly RIGS Maps report.
Prepare and maintain drivers working schedule, overtime register and verify the traffic fines.
Inspect all the vehicles periodically as per the requests; ensure that all the vehicles are insured and meet the defined criteria of road worthiness.
• Maintain emergency response assistance for all the Project Emergencies.
Recommend alternatives means to achieve trip objectives.
Respond to all lines of inquiry on a timely manner via web, email and phone.
Report all non-compliance events to the management.
Follow all the procedures of AET Journey Mgt Programme.
Answer incoming calls to the call center, and assess what kind of vehicle and how many vehicles are necessary to respond
Resolve calls in a calm and professional manner, including answering questions or giving advice where appropriate
Provide excellent customer service
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of help topics, technician abilities, and job scheduling
Direct customers or clients to relevant departments for questions relating to products or services received
Keep detailed records of call information, relevant location, and vehicles dispatched
Use computer systems to manage dispatch schedules, record call details, and create reports
Plan and organize driver and technician work by creating effective schedules, using knowledge of driving routes, geography, and traffic patterns
Adhere to strict delivery deadlines
Effectively manage own workload, and work unsupervised
Perform basic administrative work, including data entry
Record any crime reports accurately and to government standards
Manage each call within allotted time and send correct emergency personnel to the scene
Demonstrate strong questioning and assessment skills when speaking to someone in an emergency, handle each call with calmness, and update the caller with any relevant information as soon as possible
