Position Title: Planning Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in planning and coordinating marketing projects, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement detailed project plans for various marketing initiatives.
● Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and effective project execution.
● Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
● Maintain and update project schedules and timelines.
● Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
● Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
● Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
● Collaborate with team members to develop and refine project strategies and objectives.
● Maintain detailed records of project activities, milestones, and progress.

Qualifications:

● 1-2 years of experience in project planning and coordination.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in project management software and tools.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not
required.
