A Leading company in Riyadh urgently requires:
Applicants should possess Min. 1-2 years’ Experience with:
• Capable of Preparing and maintaining documents like Daily Material Warehouse Receipt, Goods Transfer, Sales Order/Invoices, etc.
• Inspection of goods and ensure that the goods received have not sustained any damages.
• The distribution of the goods to the branches
• Handle operations of DRY / Chiller and Freezer Warehouse
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, & maintenance operations.
• Ensure efficient space utilization in Warehouse.
• Take care receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintain operations incl ERP software.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies & procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirement.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Manage stock and reconcile with Business Application.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
• Report regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) / Damages etc
• Generate reports and statistics regularly and Submit to management.
• Ready to work in rotating shifts.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Ready to perform duties as assigned, complies with all safety regulations and practices
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Flexible for shifting location when co. needed
Salary Range {SR 3000/- to SR 4000} + Company Accommodation & Transportation + Other Incentives
