Job Description: Technology Implementation Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, have a minimum of 5 years of experience, and demonstrate expertise in the implementation and management of technology services. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment and operation of our technology solutions, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting various business teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Implementation and Follow-Up: Oversee the implementation of technology services, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and understanding service requirements for contract services.
- **Service Level Agreements (SLAs):** Define and manage SLAs, including root cause analysis and remediation. Continuously manage incidents, problems, and changes.
- **Operational Level Agreements (OLAs):** Work with internal departments and service providers to detail the provision of OLAs.
- **Team Supervision and Communication:** Supervise the service team, prioritize development work, and coordinate communications. Serve as a primary contact for data center services and provide guidance on hybrid cloud services.
- **Task and Operations Management:** Manage tasks and operations related to deployment services, including assets, incidents, changes, problems, configuration, release, ITIL, and knowledge management.
- **Operational Leadership:** Provide operational leadership and specialist knowledge to help internal customers address IT challenges, maintaining up-to-date service documentation.
- **Reporting:** Submit monthly and quarterly service performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Project Management:** Develop detailed work plans, update project completion schedules, and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project progress, update schedules, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- **Budget Management:** Manage program budgets to ensure minimal variance and successful project delivery.
- **Risk and Compliance Management:** Handle contract management, ensuring efficient and effective preparation and delivery. Work with business operations to ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting deficiencies, and staying current with IT trends and technologies.
- **Audit and Advisory Services:** Complete audits, inquiries, and analyses, documenting and communicating results. Provide advisory services on audit, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation and management.
- Strong knowledge of service level and operational level agreements.
- Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent project management skills, including detailed planning and resource allocation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate a team.
- Familiarity with ITIL and knowledge management principles.
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with internal controls and standards.
- Up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, particularly in hybrid cloud services and data privacy standards.
