Description

Responsibilities:

- Managing with the Government platforms.
- ⁠Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to benefits, payroll, leaves, grievances, policies, procedures, etc.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management (KPTs), and disciplinary actions.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting disciplinary cases and investigations, documenting incidents, and recommending appropriate actions.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires by managing job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Recruiting Manpower from overseas with Agencies.
- Keep track of employee paperwork, confidential files, and records like attendance and leaves and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Keep a record of any HR issues and the actions taken to resolve them (The Log).
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave policies & company Vehicle insurances.
- Coordinates the planning of the employees' leaves with the different divisions/departments.
- Processes and communicates employees' action letters (i.e. promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions etc.).
- Support the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Preparing Organization Chart of the Company.
- ⁠Prepare budgets for the current team and make projections for the future budget needed according to the company plan for all relevant items.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field is required.
• ⁠Professional certification in HR (SHRM-CP, CIPD, PHR, CHRP) is preferable.
• ⁠Must have at least five (10 - 15) years of proven work experience in the position of HR Officer or an equivalent role.
• ⁠Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations and best practices in human resources.
• ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with others.
• ⁠Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing HR records and documentation.
• ⁠Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• ⁠Fluency in English and Arabic.
