Description

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote construction projects, real estate developments, and overall brand identity
- Manage all aspects of the marketing mix, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, events, and content creation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the Business development team to align marketing efforts and generate qualified leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to identify innovative marketing strategies
- ⁠Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in marketing roles within the contracting or real estate development industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth
• Extensive knowledge of the GCC construction and real estate market, including industry regulations, trends, and competitors
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• ⁠Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• ⁠Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• ⁠Fluency in English and Arabic.
