Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, and server management
Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Result driven and service oriented
Awareness with Information Security Management System standards
Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies is a plus
Microsoft and Cisco certifications are a plus


Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients
Support and maintain network and server infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with the group IT standards and procedures
Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that all systems are integrated and working together seamlessly
Provide training and support to end-users as needed
Work flexible hours to ensure that all systems are running smoothly
