1. Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
3. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
4. Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
5. Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
6. Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls
7. Provide technical support to project site teams/users resolving IT related problems.
8. Installing and maintaining traffic switches and servers.
9. Well versed in website hosting and managing (user email creation/managing, support resolving issues)
10. Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements.
11. Plan and execute IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and installations.
12. Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training.
13. Developed and implemented the disaster recovery plans, Structuring capacity plan, backup and recovery.
14. Managed local network maintenance and installation (cabling, switches and NIC configuration TCP/IP, NAT, TCP/IP printing, windows network and domain services on TCP/IP)
15. Installing and maintaining the biometric access control.
16. Administered and configured IP PBX telephony.
17. Supervised a staff of computer professionals and managed the network.

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicant must be residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Must have 3 months valid and transferrable iqama.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Must have 5 to 7 years proven experience in IT support.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with operating systems
• Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
